We stayed at E18 and D14 and never had any issues. Maintenance is so quick to come fix anything. Staff is always a call away. 100% recommend again. We had to move since we bought a house but always recommend people to go to Harpers Reserve! Thank you guys!!!

We have been here for a little over a year and I can’t begin to explain how happy we are! Apartments are upgraded, landscaping is well maintained, and pool is exquisite! Maintenance staff, led by Jim is on top of everything. With all that being said, The Office staff is like family. The manager, Valerie is so nice and great to work with. Most of all the 3 Musketeers (lol) Raven, Lindsey, and Tristan are the nicest most hardworking people you could ever meet!!! Needless to say I will be renewing my lease!!! Thanks Guys!!!!!!

I had until the end of the day on Dec. 21 to have access to my apt. I was out on the 20th, good thing. I went to finish cleaning and take pictures to protect myself from wrong. As I said, needed in to finish cleaning, take pics and leave keys, unfortunately I could not access the apartment as my locks were changed a day early. If you choose to rent here, do not trust the ladies, in the office, with your back turned. As long as you are facing them, they will smile in your face, if they even smile but I would back out of the office when leaving. The property has gone downhill in the 3 years I was there. There has not been a single improvement in that timeframe. There is so much rotten wood covered with new paint. New paint on stairs even though they are crumbling. There is dog crap everywhere and not to mention the 2 shootings. The front gates rarely close. But if you like it, enjoy!
