The leasing office closes early half the week the pool was told to be open full year but was locked up til recently the. They closed it for maintenance when it just opened and has been closed again for cleaning our dryer has been going out I have to wait an hour between every load for it to work and we have called many maintenance request but when they come it works and they don’t do anything to it

It's been a great experience to live at the Social Blue for a year and 8months. It's a peaceful environment, but sometimes you may come across some residents who live above you who are loud. Report and maintainance are taken care of as soon as possible which is a good thing I like living at Social Blue. It's a wonderful place to live if you are a student at MTSU.
Buildings far away from guest parking is a big issue for me especially when I have elderly people visiting.
Wonderful and peaceful environment.

I have had a good experience since moving to the Social Blue. I moved from a three bedroom to a two bedroom and re-signed another lease. I love the amenities, gym-pool-grilling area. So far maintenance has done a good job addressing any and all problems that I may have had in the Apartments.

It’s been great living here! Meeting great people has been easy. There’s so much to do here. The office staff are great and helpful every step of the way. The atmosphere feels like home. I have enjoyed the use of the conference room for my business meetings. Grocery shopping is close by. Conveniently located in town. My roommates are great. We cook together and help each other out. Life will always have some kind of frustration, but I believe it’s how I personally respond that makes the difference in finding a solution that works.
